In the event of damage or loss, the customer shall be liable for repair or replacement costs. Rentique is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of rented furniture.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund policies vary depending on the timing of cancellation and the specific rental agreement. Details are provided in the rental contract.
